Moscow Mule & Redemption Mule

The Moscow Mule is a classic combination of vodka, ginger beer, and lime. Traditionally served from an iconic copper mug, this cocktail has been introduced in the mid 20th century. The spicy bite from the ginger beer compliments the liquor, vodka for the Moscow Mule, bourbon for the Redemption Mule, and lime.

We had the pleasure of enjoying these drinks in vintage tumblers used in Pan Am's First Class.

Ingredients:

Ice

2 oz. Your choice of Vodka (for a Moscow Mule)

or 2 oz. Your Choice of Bourbon (for a Redemption Mule)

1/2 oz Lemon or Lime juice, Freshly Squeezed

3 oz Ginger Beer, Chilled

Mint Leaves for Garnish

Directions:

Fill a Moscow Mule mug or highball glass with ice, then add vodka (or bourbon) and lemon juice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint leaves or a fresh lemon wedge.
